Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter (who else?), Helena Bonham Carter as the Red Queen, and Anne Hathaway as the White Queen.
The cast also includes Mia Wasikowska (In Treatment) as Alice, plus Crispin Glover as The Knave of Hearts, Stephen Fry as The Cheshire Cat, Michael Sheen as The White Rabbit, Alan Rickman as The Caterpillar, Timothy Spall as The Bloodhound, and more.
It's set to hits theaters on March 5th 2010. Uh, just how am I going to wait that long?!
You should also hop on over (pun intended) to USA Today, they have three interactive pieces of concept art for the film like the one pictured below.

thats fantastic. i played alice once in an adaptation called jabberwoky:the alice chronicles and it was the most awesome part i have ever played. what a fabulously beautiful movie that will be.
Don't you think Alan Rickman would have been better as the Cheshire Cat?
Thanks for the Italian lesson!
This movie will most definitely be a trip, in more ways than one.
Maybe by 2010 I'll be able to sit through a movie in a theater without worrying about my daughter!
Jill, good casting! Why did they not speak to you first?
The set looks DELICIOUS. I am a crazy Alice in Wonderland fangirl. When I saw these up on USA Today this morning, I curled into a ball and rocked back and forth and giggled to myself. Not really, but almost. Alice in Wonderland and I have a long history together, beginning with my parents naming me Megan Alice. So out of the womb, I was reciting Jabberwoky and singing "A Very Merry Unbirthday." Ooooohhhh, I'm so excited.
Because they're idiots! I'm just not appreciated!!
