Oh my God, does this bring back memories! Was it really 26 years ago??? Okay, the song made me happy but now I think I'm depressed . . .

I'm doing the robot here at my desk. Awesome.1983 = the year I was born. But thanks to parents with excellent taste in music, I'm familiar with the musical stylings of Eddy Grant.
I sooooo dig this tune!I was 13 y.o. when it came out, and I can remember exactly where I was when I first heard it on the radio. That synthy bass sound hooked me instantly!I was NOT pleased when Sears (or was it Circuit City?) whored it out on T.V. commercials for their electronics department. :(Thanks for this blast-from-the-past!
